    • Which countries does CD PROJEKT RED Store ship to?

      We're currently shipping to all countries of the European Union, with shipping to more countries set to become available as the store continues to operate. Make sure to follow CD PROJEKT RED on Facebook and Twitter to not miss the news shipping is now available for your country!

    • How can I pay for my order?

      At CD PROJEKT RED Store, we accept payments by card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

    • How will you be shipping orders?

      All CD PROJEKT RED Store orders are dispatched via UPS courier.

    • How can I track my package?

      Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email from us, which will include a tracking number. Once you type it in ON THIS WEBSITE, you'll be able to check the current status and location of your package.

    • My order never arrived...

  • RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    • Can I return a product I ordered?

      You may return any ordered product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item hasn't seen regular use during this time. Still, if you just want to try on your brand new T-shirt and it turns out it doesn't quite fit, for example, you can send it back.     • How can I return my order?

      To return an order, sign in to your account, click the Add a Product Return button in the Returns section and follow on-screen instructions. If you don't have an account, you can fill out the form included with your order confirmation email and send it to us at store-support@cdprojektred.com. Then just mail the product you wish to return to our warehouse at the following address:

    • Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

      Yes, you can cancel your order before the goods are shipped.

    • How can I cancel my order?

      Sign into your account, click the Current button in the Orders section, then click Cancel Order for the order you wish to drop. If you don't have a store account, you can contact us at store-support@cdprojektred.com with the order number you wish us to cancel.

    • I got the wrong product by mistake. What should I do?

      Please contact our Customer Support at store-support@cdprojektred.com — we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

    • I think the product I ordered might have been damaged during shipment.

      If you suspect the merchandise you ordered could have sustained damage in transport, you may ask the courier to open the package in your presence upon delivery and allow you to inspect its contents.
